The Path Elements™Assessment was created in 2003 using the Four Elements of nature: Fire, Earth, Water and Wind. There were many fine personality tools in the market but there wasn't one that was visual, simple, intuitive and powerful enough to create a shift in thinking as well as relating.  The elemental personality assessment was born out of a frustration when asking corporate leaders this question: "Who are you?"  The answers were invariably either a job description ("I'm a CPA) or a role ("I'm a husband or [wife]").  These words described not who they were, but what they did as well roles they played.  They had little or nothing to do with each persons unique essence. 

The Path Elements™Assessment is a fresh new way of seeing the value you bring to relationships and conversations.  It is simple, easy to use, and fun to talk about with family, friends or co-workers.  It is also a scientifically validated personality tool.
