THE ORIGINS
The Path Elements Profile was created by best-selling author, Leadership and Life coach Laurie Beth Jones.
She based the profile on the Four Elements of nature: Fire, Earth, Water and Wind and designed it as a communication tool that gives individuals, teams and families a common language for building respect and understanding what each person needs in order to thrive.
