The Path Elements Assessment was created in 2003 using the Four Elements of nature: Fire, Earth, Water and Wind.  There were many fine personality tools in the market but there wasn't one that was visual, simple, intuitive and powerful enough to create a shift in thinking as well as relating.  The elemental personality assessment was born out of a frustration when asking corporate leaders this question: "Who are you?"  The answers were invariably either a job description ("I'm a CPA) or a role ("I'm a husband or [wife]").  These words described not who they were, but what they did as well roles they played.  They had little or nothing to do with each persons unique essence.
